Cropo production and water management

Prof. (Dr.) Amar Chand Shivran is a distinguished agricultural scientist and academician with over 28 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience. He earned his B.Sc. (Ag) with University 4th merit and M.Sc. (Ag) with Gold Medal from SKRAU, Bikaner, and Ph.D. from IARI, New Delhi with 4.00/4.00 OGPA. He has served as Professor for more than 12 years and guided 27 M.Sc. and 5 Ph.D. students. Dr. Shivran has published over 300 research papers, developed several crop production technologies and seed spice varieties. He has received multiple awards including Best Teacher Award and university honors for outstanding service. He is a Fellow and Life Member of several professional societies and currently serves as Director, Human Resource Development, SKNAU, Jobner, Rajasthan
