Seed Spices Pathology, Plant pathology, Fungal pathology and bio-control agents

Dr. G L Kumawat, currently working as Assistant Professor cum Jr. Pathologist, ICAR-AICRP on Spices, Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding, SKN Agriculture University, Jobner. He has completed his B. Sc. (Ag.) from SKNAU, Jobner and obtained M.Sc. in Plant Pathology as Junior Research Fellow (ICAR) and pursuing Ph.D. degrees in Plant Pathology from SKNAU, Jobner and joined the SKN Agriculture University, Jobner in 2018 as an Assistant Professor. He has published more than 48 research and review papers and two authored books and several popular articles and book chapters in reputed national and international journals. He has guided three M.Sc. students. He has received several prestigious honors, including the Young Scientist Award, Best poster award, Vinay Kumar Verma Memorial Gold Medal, Jr. Research Fellow (JRF) etc. his major research interests include seed spices pathology, fungal pathology, bioagents and plant diseases management.
