Dr. R. C. Asiwal, son of Shri Ram Lal Asiwal, was born in the village of Jobner, District Jaipur, Rajasthan. He completed his schooling at S.K.N. Government Senior Secondary School, Jobner. Dr. Asiwal pursued his higher education at S.K.N. College of Agriculture, Jobner, where he earned his Graduation, Post-Graduation, and Ph.D. degrees.
