Dr. Lala Ram Balai, son of Sri Ladu Ram, was born in May 1977 in village Bhanwata, Block Todaraisingh, District Tonk (Rajasthan), in a farmer’s family. I completed my early education at a Government school in my native village, Bhanwata, which laid the foundation for my strong interest in agriculture and rural development.

I pursued my graduation from Chimanpura, Shahpura, Jaipur, and later completed my post-graduation from Sri Karan Narendra College of Agriculture (SKNCOA), Jobner, a reputed institution in the field of agricultural education.

I joined government service in July 2012. My first posting was at Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK), Fatehpur–Sikar, where I actively contributed to agricultural extension activities, farmer training, and technology dissemination. With a total service experience of about 14 years, I has gained extensive practical and academic exposure in agriculture.

Presently, I am serving at the College of Agriculture, Lalsot, District Dausa, where he continues to contribute to teaching, research, and extension activities for the benefit of students and the farming community.
