Agricultural Entomology

Dr. Birbal Bairwa is an Assistant Professor of Entomology at the Rajasthan Agricultural Research Institute (RARI), Durgapura, Jaipur, working under the All India Coordinated Research Project (AICRP) on Seed (Crops). He holds a Ph.D. in Entomology from the Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and is ICAR-ASRB NET qualified. With over seven years of teaching, research, and extension experience, his work focuses on integrated pest management, seed crop protection, and sustainable agriculture. Dr. Bairwa has received several national-level awards and fellowships and has published research in reputed journals. He actively contributes to research, postgraduate guidance, technology development, and farmer-oriented extension activities.
