Process and Food Engineering, Bioprocess Technology

I am working as an Assistant Professor at the College of Horticulture, Durgapura, SKNAU, Jobner, India. I have international research experience as a Research Professor at Korea University, South Korea, and as a Visiting Researcher at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland. My research interests include process and food engineering, microalgal cultivation, and agro-waste–based waste-to-wealth technologies. I have published over 110 international research/review articles with an h-index of 62 (Google Scholar) and have been listed among the world’s top 2% scientists for four consecutive years (2022-2025) as per Stanford University and Elsevier reports. I serve on the editorial boards of several journals and am a recipient of multiple prestigious national and international awards, including the DST-SERB International Travel Grant, IBA (France) Research Excellence Award, GBPUAT Best Ph.D. University Gold Medal, and the ISEES Young Scientist Award, among others.
