LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION & MANAGEMENT

Mr.Shiv Murat Meena is an Assistant Professor of Agricultural Animal Production at the College of Agriculture, Baseri (Dholpur), a constituent college in of Sri Karan Narendra Agriculture University (SKNAU), Jobner, Jaipur, Rajasthan. He specializes in milch Animal,disease, housing, feeding & breeding management, Poultry management like grower,layer & broiler with a strong focus on Milk production and dairy extension.
Mr.Meena pursuing his Ph.D. in Live stock production & management from MPUAT, Udaipur with research on A study prevailing buffalo management practices in Dholpur district of Rajasthan.He holds an M.Sc. in Animal Production from Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner and B.Sc. (Agriculture) from RAU, Bikaner
He has published 06 research papers in national and international journals, contributed 2 book chapters, 15 Popular article and completed 3 professional trainings related to agricultural sciences. He has actively participated in several national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Currently, besides teaching undergraduate agriculture courses, he is engaged in research guidance, student mentoring, and agricultural extension activities. He also serves as ADSW , Ready programme,NSS, Laboratory, vehicle In-charge and contributing to academic coordination and student development initiatives.
His research interests include Agricultural Livestock & Poultry management and Nutrition for livestock and poultry.
