Plant Pathology (Mycology)

Dr. Neeraj Kumar Meena is an Assistant Professor of Plant Pathology at the College of Agriculture, Kotputli, Rajasthan. He is actively involved in teaching, research, extension education and student mentoring, with a focus on plant disease diagnosis and sustainable disease management strategies.

He has received the Young Plant Pathologist Award, Young Scientist Award and Best Research Scholar Award in recognition of his research excellence. With nearly six years of professional experience in plant pathology, he has published over 18 research papers in reputed journals, authored two books, contributed six book chapters and published more than 20 popular articles.

Dr. Meena plays a significant role in the implementation of the READY programme, facilitating experiential learning modules, including the Mushroom Production Unit to strengthen student's practical skills and entrepreneurial competencies. He also contributes to holistic student development through his active involvement in the National Sports Organization (NSO) and other co-curricular activities.
